Strange Problem With Network Speed

As soon as it's powered up (before it even boots into Windows), it drops to 2 or less.Here's the strange part - I ran these tests with my computer not connected Should I bury it in the garden and offer up a blood sacrifice? On an internet network I would expect to see more than 20MB/s for HTTP on the same subnet. Can some one please help me to get to "full speed"? slow internet speed through cable but fast through wifi.

  7. You can try checking the power settings on your machine, you should be able to change the wifi setting to max performance as it maybe throttling your connection right back in
