Upgraded from BASE Bios 503 i think it was to 603 with no issue all RAID array information and setting were carried across. Hello This is the method I have always used when flashing a BIOS. I have two M500 SSD in RAID 0 and 4 2tb WD in RAID 5. And hopefully it will rebuild it. I am dealing with a strange problem.

This placement always made the 850pro array fail upon setting defaults and rebooting and the WD array is always fine. One or both arrays fail showing only one of the 2 disks of each Raid-0 arrays as members while the others show as not members. you misunderstood. I can then easily identify it physically on the machine, and swap in a new drive.
